Cheryl Christensen, a 64-year-old woman from Racine, Wisconsin, was found dead on July 8, 2024, after a fire at her home on Crescent Street. Firefighters extinguished the blaze and discovered her body inside the residence. An autopsy conducted by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office revealed that Christensen had been shot multiple times before the fire was set, prompting the Racine Police Department to classify her death as a homicide.
