Charmeka Flowers, a 48-year-old Black/African American woman from Racine, Wisconsin, was fatally shot on the morning of July 22, 2025, in what authorities described as a domestic violence incident. The shooting unfolded in a residential neighborhood near Prospect Street and Reschke Avenue, where police were called shortly after 11 a.m. following a report that someone had been shot.
