On a summer evening in Racine, Wisconsin, the life of 37-year-old Chala Davis-Bell, a Black / African American female, was tragically cut short on July 15, 2025. She was enjoying a night out with her best friend, Deja Franklin. The two were dancing by their car, planning to head into a nearby bar, when gunfire erupted.
