On a tragic Friday morning in Racine, Wisconsin, the life of 30-year-old Hispanic female Angelica Rios was cut short on May 10, 2019. The circumstances of her death were part of a devastating event that authorities would later describe as a murder-suicide. Responding to a report of a shooting, police officers arrived at a residence to find a grim scene.
