Nancy Culp, a 62-year-old woman from Lucasville, Ohio, tragically died on April 13, 2016. Her death was part of a double homicide investigation that also involved 83-year-old Bobby DeHart. The Scioto County Sheriff's Office determined that both deaths were homicides.
