A visit to Tulsa, Oklahoma, for a family celebration ended in tragedy for Antonio Rosales, a 43-year-old man from Chicago. In the early hours of a Sunday morning, Rosales was attending his cousin's birthday party at an event center near 31st and Mingo. The festive occasion took a dark turn when a fight broke out, leading to gunfire.
