Troy Adkins, a 26-year-old resident of Youngstown, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on August 26, 2023. His body was discovered around 2:30 a.m. on New York Avenue, near the intersection with Kensington Avenue. According to reports, Adkins was found face down on the sidewalk, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The Mahoning County Coroner's Office confirmed his identity and ruled the death a homicide shortly after the incident occurred.
