Colin Brown, a 45-year-old man from Youngstown, OH, was tragically shot and killed on November 28, 2017, at the Last Call Bar on South Avenue. Brown was in the bar's bathroom when he was shot, and witnesses saw Johnny Ray Wallace III, 24, running out of the bathroom shortly after the gunshot was heard. Wallace was the only person in the bathroom with Brown at the time.

The case went to trial in June 2018, but ended in a mistrial as the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict. Prosecutors ...
