On September 22, 2015, 16-year-old Devon Bailey, a student at East High School in Youngstown, OH, tragically lost his life due to a gunshot wound. Bailey was found lying on the floor inside a home on Cohasset Drive, having been shot in the chest. The incident occurred on September 16, 2015, when Bailey was fatally wounded.

Following the shooting, Youngstown police swiftly arrested 21-year-old Sir Wolfgang Green in connection with Bailey's death. Green was found at a home on Summer Street ...
