Death by Force

Jamell North, a 40-year-old African American male from Youngstown, OH, was tragically found shot to death on October 26, 2018, in his home at 2119 Summer Street. His mother, Hallie North, aged 67, was also found dead at the scene, making it a double homicide. The house was known to be a drug house, and the incident was the third killing in Youngstown within 18 hours.
