Anthony Bianco, a 51-year-old man from Masury, was found dead in a burning vehicle on the side of Seifert Avenue in Youngstown, Ohio, on July 15, 2016. Investigators determined that Bianco had been shot before his body was discovered. His death was ruled a homicide.
