On February 26, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada, resulting in the death of 33-year-old Rosemary Abeita. The shooting took place at an apartment complex on the 700 block of East Twain Avenue, near UNLV, just after 10 p.m.

According to witness accounts, Abeita was standing outside her cousin's apartment when she became involved in an altercation with another woman. The situation escalated when the woman reportedly called her son to confront Abeita. Witnesses overheard ...
