In the warm evening of Sunday, August 6, 2023, the life of 19-year-old Breeana Larita Webb, a Black female, was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was attending a pool party at an apartment complex on South Buffalo Drive when gunfire erupted just before 11 p.m., turning a scene of summer leisure into one of chaos and violence.
