In the early morning hours of March 25, 2023, the life of 32-year-old Hispanic male Omar Reyes Garcia was cut short in a sudden act of violence inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Stateline, Nevada. Reyes Garcia, a resident of South Lake Tahoe, had been at the casino's center bar where he met 24-year-old Edgar Julian Delgado.
