In the late morning of September 6, 2011, a tragedy unfolded in a Carson City, Nevada, IHOP restaurant that claimed the life of 67-year-old Florence Donovan-Gunderson. The White female was inside the eatery when a gunman, identified as 32-year-old Eduardo Sencion, entered and opened fire.
