On the morning of the Fourth of July in 2023, the life of Susan Lillian Morgan, a 64-year-old White/Caucasian woman, was tragically cut short in her Henderson, Nevada home. The holiday was marked by a grim discovery when family members of a 70-year-old man contacted police with alarming news: he claimed to have killed his girlfriend and intended to take his own life.
