In the late evening of May 22, 2023, a house party in North Las Vegas, Nevada, turned into a scene of tragedy. Fourteen-year-old Aiden Naji Hyder, a Black male, was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 9:20 p.m. at the Craig Ranch Villas, located on Casa Norte Drive. Police were called to the apartment complex following reports of gunfire.
