On October 17, 2019, 28-year-old Corey Donte Jones was fatally shot in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. near the intersection of West Alexander Road and Revere Street. Jones was a passenger in a Nissan sedan when multiple gunshots struck the vehicle, hitting him in the chest. The driver, uninjured, immediately drove to a nearby Walmart parking lot and called 911.
