Death by Force

In the late afternoon of November 21, 2023, 69-year-old Robert Hoy, a White male, was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Arroyo Market Square shopping center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident occurred at approximately 1:36 p.m. in the 7200 block of Arroyo Crossing Parkway. Hoy, a former contract worker for the CIA, had gone to the Walmart in the shopping center to pick up his wife's prescriptions and lunch.
