Robert Hoy, a 69-year-old resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, was fatally shot on November 21, 2023, in the parking lot of Arroyo Market Square mall, located at 7200 Arroyo Crossing Parkway near South Rainbow Boulevard in southwest Las Vegas. The incident occurred at approximately 1:36 p.m., when the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) received reports of a shooting.
