In the summer of 2024, a promising life was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. Efrain Guevara, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally wounded in a drive-by shooting on the night of July 13th. The incident unfolded at a house party in the eastern valley, near the intersection of Owens Avenue and Mohave Road. Guevara, along with other guests, was outside the residence when a vehicle approached and unleashed a barrage of gunfire.
