In the late hours of September 3, 2023, the life of 36-year-old Don Tisby, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in an alley on Sherwood Street in Las Vegas, Nevada. The area, located near Sahara Avenue and Joe W. Brown Drive, just east of the bustling Las Vegas Strip, became the scene of a fatal shooting.
