On the morning of March 9, 2023, a compassionate intervention in a Fridley, Minnesota, Cub Foods parking lot tragically ended the life of 27-year-old Devon Michael Adams, a White male from Hugo. Adams was eating a sandwich in his truck around 11 a.m. when he overheard a woman screaming for help and chose to intervene in what appeared to be a domestic dispute.
