On the night of April 24, 2023, the life of Shawn Edward Lahman, a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Wichita, Kansas. Police were called to the 1300 block of South Edwards at approximately 11:20 p.m. for an unknown reason. Upon their arrival, they discovered Lahman in the front seat of a passenger van. He had sustained a gunshot wound to his upper torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.
