On a late Sunday evening in Topeka, Kansas, the life of Anthony Laverne "Man" Marshall III, a 30-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On June 18, 2023, what should have been a day of celebration for Father's Day, turned into a scene of violence and loss.
