On November 4, 2022, Raymond Davis, a 29-year-old resident of Topeka, Kansas, was tragically killed in a shooting incident at the 45th Street Bar located on Topeka Boulevard. The Topeka Police Department received a call for a disturbance and gunshots around 2:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Raymond Davis was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other individual was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
