In the autumn of 2023, the life of a promising young man, Victor N. "Cricket" Carlton, a 17-year-old White male, was tragically cut short. On Tuesday, October 10, 2023, in Topeka, Kansas, Victor was fatally shot at a residence in the southeastern part of the city and was pronounced dead at the scene.
