On a cold afternoon in Kansas City, Kansas, the life of 53-year-old Cesar Tadeo was irrevocably altered. On February 19, 2024, in the 200 block of South 11th Street, Tadeo was the victim of a shooting that left him with critical injuries. First responders rushed to the scene where they found him suffering from gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a local hospital in a fight for his life.
