In the Desire neighborhood of New Orleans, on the evening of February 12, 2023, the life of 25-year-old Keilan Chase Lieteau-Harris was tragically cut short. A native and lifelong resident of the city, Harris, a male, was an aspiring rapper who had been educated within the St. Bernard Parish Public School System.
