Joseph Duplessis IV, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on July 7, 2014, in New Orleans, Louisiana. His body was discovered behind an abandoned house in the 2600 block of Monroe Street at approximately 2:30 a.m. on the day of his death. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately suspicious, leading to an investigation by local authorities.
