Toby Roche, a 24-year-old male from New Orleans, LA, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2015. Toby, affectionately known as "Flea," was fatally shot outside of Melba's Café on Elysian Fields Avenue. The incident occurred at approximately 2:29 p.m., and it was reported as a homicide by the New Orleans Police Department. Toby's death was a result of a violent confrontation involving rival groups from the former Iberville housing development.
