David Rowan Jr., a 34-year-old man from Spring, TX, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2021. He was shot inside a vehicle in the 21600 block of Falvel Lake Drive in north Harris County. Rowan and another person had just pulled into the driveway of a home when a black car pulled up, and suspects exited the vehicle, firing multiple shots into Rowan's car. Rowan was taken to the hospital but was later pronounced deceased.
