Ruben Flores, a 22-year-old male, tragically lost his life on July 7, 2016, in Spring, Texas. The incident occurred around 7:40 p.m. in the 3400 block of Ramsgate Drive near Ridgewood Drive. According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, Flores was involved in a confrontation with a group of three to four individuals. During the altercation, someone pulled out a gun and shot Flores in the chest. The suspects fled the scene in a silver or gray car before authorities arrived.
