Jeffery Scott Sanford, a 31-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 14, 1991, in Spring, Texas. Corporal Sanford was off duty when he witnessed a robbery in progress at a gas station. As he attempted to intervene, he was shot and killed by one of the suspects. The incident occurred at the Shell station located at 6031 Interstate 45 North.
