Federico Alberto "Lico" Cisneros, a 56-year-old Hispanic man from Spring, Texas, tragically died on December 24, 2020. He was shot while driving his white SUV near the intersection of Gosling Road and Highway 99. Cisneros managed to pull into a gas station parking lot before being transported to Hermann Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
