Leonard Johnny John Ruffer, a 56-year-old man from Spring, TX, tragically died on August 23, 2019. He was the owner of a floor installation business and was known for his hardworking nature. Ruffer was fatally shot at his home by Jatraveous Williams, a 22-year-old man who had been fired by Ruffer earlier that day. The incident occurred in the morning, and Williams was later arrested after a 90-minute standoff with authorities.
