In the spring of 2023, the life of Troy Jerome Williams, a 23-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On the morning of March 28th, Williams was discovered in Geronimo Street Park, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. At the time of being identified, the teenager was already in custody at the Ryan Detention Center on unrelated charges.
