Jose Napolean Garcia, aged 23, was fatally shot on August 2, 2008, at an apartment complex in Nashville, Tennessee. The shooting occurred during an attempted robbery at Peach Creek Crescent, near Stewarts Ferry Pike. According to the reports, Garcia was in his vehicle when three men approached and tried to rob him.
