Darlin Joel Torrez-Velasquez, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2022, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 7:05 PM at 2205 South Sherwood Forest Boulevard, near a Circle K gas station.
