On May 31, 2023, an 18-year-old named Lenni Douglas was fatally shot in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred shortly before 10:30 p.m. near Prescott Court. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, Douglas was attempting to break up a fight between a woman's new boyfriend and her ex-boyfriend when the shooting took place.
