In the late summer of 2023, a domestic dispute in a Shreveport, Louisiana home escalated into a tragedy that ended the life of 53-year-old Michelle Leigh Wells. On the evening of Wednesday, August 16th, a heated argument erupted between Wells and her boyfriend, 55-year-old Richard Spencer, at a residence in the Valencia subdivision. The altercation took a fatal turn when Spencer allegedly shot Wells multiple times.
