Rodkeira Monique Nelson, an 18-year-old African American female, tragically lost her life on April 17, 2019, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Born on June 4, 2000, Rodkeira was a caring and sweet young woman who deeply loved her family and friends. She was baptized at a young age and was known for her kind-hearted nature.
