Tyetyana Tyease Mclemore, a 21-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on August 16, 2020, in Shreveport, Louisiana. On that fateful night, just before 10 p.m., Shreveport police patrol officers responded to a shooting incident on Interstate 20, just west of Jewella Avenue.
