Rannita Williams, a 27-year-old African American woman from Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically killed on April 12, 2018. Rannita, affectionately known as "NuNu," was a mother of three and a well-known interior designer and hairdresser in her community. Her life was cut short in a horrifying incident that was broadcast live on Facebook.
