Kellee C. Grant, a 39-year-old African American woman from Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically found dead on March 5, 2021. Her body was discovered on the side of the road in the Martin Luther King neighborhood, specifically at the intersection of David Raines Road and 7th Street. She had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
