In the early morning hours of a Friday in Shreveport, Louisiana, the life of Kellee C. Grant, a 39-year-old African American woman, was tragically cut short. On March 5, 2021, her body was discovered on the side of the road at the intersection of David Raines Road and 7th Street in the Martin Luther King neighborhood.
