Mykeydrea Evelynn Brown, a 3-year-old African American girl, tragically died on February 5, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the Cedar Grove neighborhood, where Mykeydrea found her father's unattended loaded gun and accidentally shot herself in the face. She was taken to Ochsner LSU Health, where she succumbed to her injuries.
