In the early morning hours of October 18, 2023, the life of 19-year-old De’Asia Dee Mullins, a Black female, was tragically cut short in Alexandria, Louisiana. Known to her loved ones as 'Dee,' she was found suffering from a fatal gunshot wound at a residence on West Sycamore Street. Emergency services responded to the scene following a shooting report that came in at approximately 12:42 AM. Mullins was rushed to a local hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
