Death by Force

Richard Prenell, a 25-year-old African American male, was found dead on February 13, 2015, in an apartment in Alexandria, Louisiana. The Alexandria Police Department discovered his body alongside that of 18-year-old Kiasha Clovis, also of Alexandria. Both victims had suffered gunshot wounds to their heads. The investigation quickly led to the arrest of siblings Mark Hayes and Melissa Hayes, who were indicted in connection to the murders.
