In a heart-wrenching incident in New Orleans, a three-year-old girl named Promyse Ordon died on October 23, 2023, from a gunshot wound. The tragic event unfolded in an apartment in the 3200 block of Rue Parc Fontaine in the Algiers neighborhood. When police responded to a call, they discovered the young child had been shot. She was pronounced dead at the scene before she could be transported to a hospital.
