Kewanda Harris, a 30-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on January 8, 2010, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred shortly before midnight on January 7, 2010, when Kewanda Harris, along with Carol Belisle, Karen Matthews, and Desmond Harris, were shot inside a house at 2721 Urquhart Street.
