In the early morning hours of Sunday, October 22, 2017, the life of 26-year-old Amanda J. Perez was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. A Hispanic female, Perez was discovered inside a vehicle in the parking lot of the Missouri Crossing Apartments located at 5530 N. 17th Avenue. She had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.

Phoenix police responded to the scene at approximately 1:59 a.m. and found Perez already deceased from her injuries. The initial investigation did not lead to the imm ...
